Sunburn in April

The sun is hot – apparently. So my burning head tells me, I guess bald spot sunburn is something you learn to be aware of over time. Still being on the beach and getting sunburned in April can’t be a bad thing.

I have to say that I’ve always been a big fan of birds,  right from the early days or joining the YOC club at school.  The Corvid family (Crows, Ravens, Rooks etc.) has always been one of my favourites – apparently they could be as intelligent if not more so than the apes.

So, Violence is normal then……

Very interesting, I wonder how that applies to Martial Artists who are harnessing such forces and controlling them.  Does this make us primal thugs? or have we simply gone full circle?
