I really think that wave and the next generation will have a huge impact on the way things are done. But I feel there will be a period of trying everything before people settle down to decide what works best for them. As with other social media devices there is a time where we all sign up to everything to see what it’s like before any one before particularly prevelent or useful. A lot I think will depend on integration – when I update Twitter it sets up my blog and my Facebook account – that reverses for my Blog but I just can’t get to grips with Facebook’s interface – I don’t like it. However, do check out Microsoft’s Fishbowl app – which is very clever and provides and far nicer Facebook experience.
